Cancellation Policy

  • No charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the arrival date.
  • A full charge for the entire stay will be applied for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

1. Reservations and Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Mahina Villa Resort and payment of the deposit or full amount as required.
Payments can be made via the methods specified by the resort (bank transfer, credit card, or online payment).
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the resort cancels the booking.

2. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations must be notified in advance according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation 21 days or more before arrival: Deposit will be refunded, less any service charges as determined by the resort.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of arrival or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable.
    Modifications to the reservation are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM
    Late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 4 years old stay free when using existing beds.
  • Extra beds for adults or children may incur additional charges and must be requested in advance.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted.
Any violation may result in fines or additional charges for damages.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused to the room or resort property.
Guests must not make loud noises or engage in activities that disturb other guests.
Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms or resort premises, except in areas specifically designated by the resort.
Lighting fires, candles, or any open flames within the resort is strictly prohibited.
Any activities causing damage or disturbance to other guests are strictly prohibited.

7. Resort Responsibilities

Mahina Villa Resort is not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
The resort reserves the right to cancel a guest’s stay if any Terms & Conditions are violated.

8. Other Terms

Guests must comply with all resort rules and policies during their stay.
Use of the resort’s facilities and services implies full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
