Cancellation Policy
- No charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the arrival date.
- A full charge for the entire stay will be applied for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

1. Reservations and Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Mahina Villa Resort and payment of the deposit or full amount as required.
Payments can be made via the methods specified by the resort (bank transfer, credit card, or online payment).
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the resort cancels the booking.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations must be notified in advance according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation 21 days or more before arrival: Deposit will be refunded, less any service charges as determined by the resort.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable.
Modifications to the reservation are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards

Late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Children and Extra Beds
- Children under 4 years old stay free when using existing beds.
- Extra beds for adults or children may incur additional charges and must be requested in advance.
